Phonics

Today in your phonics i would like you to use your pictures that you did yesterday with your rhyming activity to make some silly soup. You will need a bowl and a spoon for mixing. Spread your pictures or objects around you. Pick one of the rhyming words i gave you yesterday for example 'log'. Then saying the silly soup rhyme each time find a picture or object that rhymes with log to put in your silly soup (see video below).

I'm making lots of silly soup

I'm making soup that's silly

I'm going to put it in the fridge

To make it nice and chilly.

Maths

For your maths today i would like you to do your number aerobics counting forwards and backwards from 0-10. Then i would like you to go around your house finding things that are taller than you, smaller than you and then just to challenge you can you find anything that is the same size as yourself.

Activities

For your activities today i would like you to draw a goat, a cow, a pig and a rabbit. Then i would like you to find out what there babies are called. Draw them and write what they are in the space on the paper next to them. (see picture below for an example)
