Phonics

Today i would like you to practise all the letters and sounds we have learnt so far. I have put the songs on below so practise singing your phonic songs and doing the actions and sounds. Then log onto Phonics Play, click onto Phase 2 and then onto Grab a Giggling Grapheme. Once on here play the first game with the letters 's,a,t,p' then play another game but select '+i, n, m, d'.

Maths

Begin with playing a game of 'show me' where Mummy or Daddy say a number and you have to quickly put that many fingers up. Next log onto Espresso Discovery Education. Click on Foundation Stage and Maths. Then click onto Shape. On here click videos and watch the videos 'Flat Shapes' and 'Flat Shapes Around Us'.

Activity

Today i would like you to join in a competition that we are running as a whole school competition. You need to design and draw a 'Superhero Teddy Bear'. Then ask Mummy or Daddy to send it to Miss Birks on the Class Dojo messages. The overall winner will have their Superhero Teddy Bear made into a real teddy bear. There will also be runners up prizes. This activity needs to be completed today, so get your thinking caps on and get creative.
