Activity 2: Let's pretend

In the song the caterpillar was wriggling on the leaf (maybe he was eating), then was spinning in the cocoon (maybe he was sleeping) and then the butterfly was flapping everywhere (maybe he was excited).

Imagine you are the caterpillar. Write a sentence for each of the 3 things you were doing - wriggling on a leaf, spinning in the cocoon and flapping everywhere as a butterfly. Use "I" to start each sentence.

Remember to use a capital letters and full stops and the start and end of your sentences.

Here is an example.

Caterpillar on the leaf: I love crunching on these leaves.
