You may all be finding life a little bit strange at the moment as this has never happened before. If your children are finding this situation confusing I have found a video that you may find useful to help explain the current situation through Playmobil Lego.
It has been great to hear that children have already been working hard through their home learning packs that I sent home. Moving forwards I will be setting work daily on our class page and also on Class Dojo. To access the days tasks on here please click on the date to find the work in the section below. If you haven't already done so, please sign into the Class Dojo as I will be using that to set activities and it is also a way you can communicate with myself. Remember, this is a learning platform, therefore please ensure that all comments posted are appropriate.
If you are having any issues with Class Dojo or to find out a little more about it please watch the video through the link below.
I will keep these pages updated as regularly as I can. I have attached a timetable of a typical day of activities below. This is only a guide and may be difficult for some families to stick to so please do what works for you. Generally, I will always set one maths and one literacy/reading activity a day. Some days I will suggest some additional activities. Try to get lots of fresh air too, even if that is just opening a window. The weather has been lovely this last few days, lets hope it continues!
Year 2T Class
It is very strange, a lot less fun and much quieter without you all. I miss you all very much! I hope you are working hard at home just like you always do in school. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we are back together again. I am looking forward to seeing some of your fabulous home learning.
Take care and stay safe,
