Friday 24th April
Good Morning Year 1,
Thank you to all the children who completed yesterday’s
challenges and showed me what they had done on class dojo!
Aamilah, Amaar and Fatima – What fantastic poems!
Let’s see how many children can complete today’s activities.

Watch the video and then attempt the questions.

Year 1 I need your help! Below are five sentences about spring that have been muddled up. Can you sort out the sentences so that they make sense? Remember to make sure the capital letters and full stops are correct.
To make it easier for some children it is a good idea to write out the sentence in clear handwriting (by an adult or sibling) and then cut it up so your child can put it back in order.
I will give 5 Dojo points to everybody who sorts out the sentences so that they make sense using the correct capital letters and full stops – Good Luck! |

Complete Friday’s weather chart for the week like we did for Autumn and Winter.
What is the weather like on today (Friday)? What is the temperature? Is it warmer or colder than yesterday?
Remember: The chart is on Monday’s page
5 Dojo points for anybody who sends me pictures of completed topic work from this week!

Remember, you can post your work on Class Dojo to show me what you have done. There are lots of dojo points on offer!
