Maths Activity - MNP Measurements Lesson 11 - For this lesson, we are continuing with converting units of time. Today's session, we are looking at how many minutes make an hour. Remember that there are 60 minutes in 1 hour (Y3 Fact). We are going to be doing some simple conversions as well as using this information to solve word problems using the bar model.

Literacy Activity - Grammar Hammer Y5 Skill Check 12
Spelling Test will occur on Friday and will be on Seesaw. I will read the word out for the children to write one each separate page. . The target is >8 (80% or more). For this week's spellings, we are looking at converting nouns or verbs into adjectives by using the suffix -al. Please practise these everyday. Children to complete handwriting and word-search activities as well as the create your own crossword activity. If you don't want to create a crossword, you could create an additional word-search. This week's spellings are as follows:
