Hello and welcome to our class page.
We are 2S and we work very hard in our lessons. We are rising to the challenge in Year 2 and love to learn in new and fun ways. We try to make our work look neat and tidy and make sure we show respect to one another at all times.
Mr Steer tries to make our lessons engaging and challenging and wants us to learn as much as possible. We do Numeracy, Literacy, Phonics and Guided Reading everyday. We also have other lessons like Topic, PE, RE and Science during the week too.
As well as this we also practice handwriting, spellings and grammar so we are very busy here in 2S.
We have PE on a Monday and a Thursday so we must make sure our PE kits are in school on these days. We also take reading books home on a Tuesday and a Friday so we need to make sure our book bags are in school on these days.
Mr Steer gives us Learning logs on a Friday which help us learn at home and we must complete our tasks and return them the following week, ready for our new tasks.
On our class page Mr Steer puts our Topic webs up and any pictures or videos you may find interesting. We hope you enjoy looking and thankyou for visiting our class page.
