Phonics 

To start today's phonics please can you recap all of your phase 3 and phase 5 sounds.You can use your sound mats or you could use the flash cars on phonics play www.phonicsplay.co.uk

 

Can you now practice your tricky words- You need to be able to read and spell these!

 

Today i want you to recap your sounds that we have been learning over the last few weeks. You can do this by going on to phonics play and playing ...   or there is a link with a game at the bottom of this page. 

 

 

Writing

See the topic activity below. Compose sentences to add to your bunting. Remember what you have learnt about capital letters and full stops.

Topic

With is being 75 years since VE day tomorrow we would like you to create some bunting. This could be printed off template or you could make it from cardboard. On the bunting we want you to make it unique to you. How are you feeling during lock down? what have you enjoyed? and  what have you learnt? You could draw a picture of yourself and your family or cut out your favourite characters from a magazine. Why not ask your family to make one to and then you could hang it up around your house on Friday.
