Phonics

Today's phonics is a bit tricky and you will really need your thinking caps on. I would like you to find something beginning with the initial sounds 'u', 'v', 'w', 'y' and 'z'. For example umberella, van, watch, yellow, zero. Good luck!

Maths

For you maths activity today i would like you to do your number aerobics first counting from 0-10 then backwards. Next i would like you to make me 5 different repeating patterns from items around your house (i will put an example below).

Activities

I would like you to learn the nursery rhyme 'I am the music man'. Next i would like you to make your own musical instrument. You can use containers and put lentils in them or a container with elastic bands on. Please send me a photo of your musical instrument on the Class Dojo and don't forget to vote for the class story.
