Welcome to Year 1H

Welcome to the summer term. An overview of what will be taught during the first half term is available below. The new homework grid has also been sent out and is available at the bottom of the page.

Below is some important information about your child's weekly routine.

Reading books

Please can you make sure your child has his/her reading book in school every day. Books will be changed on a Tuesday and a Friday. Please could you make sure your child's diary has been signed when you have read with them in order for the book to be changed.

Remember, it is important that you read with your child every night.

PE

Children will have PE on a Monday and Friday. Please can you make sure your child's PE kit is in school.

Homework grids.

Homework grids will be given out every half term. Please can you bring in completed homework every two weeks so we can see what your child is doing.
